Storage FAQ

Most facilities are accessible 24 hours a day. 24 Hour access can be granted as needed at any facility.

We provide flexible, month-to-month lease options, so you can stay with us as long or short a time as you need.

We offer easy, online bill pay at all of our locations. If you're already a storage customer, just click the "my account" link at the top or bottom of any page to log in. We partner with StorEDGE to manage these logistics, so you'll see their logo and name when you click through. Always feel free to call us if you have any questions!

A valid form of government-issued ID such as driver’s license, passport, or state ID. If you're storing a vehicle, we'll also need your license plate number and VIN.

For everyone's safety, perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items, or liquids are not allowed in our storage spaces.

All of our facilities are fenced and gated with keypad access. Most of our locations have 24/7 video surveillance, and personnel on-site every day. Some locations even have someone who lives on-site full time. Security is a big deal to us — please call us if you have any concerns.

Protecting your assets is important to us. For this reason, when you store with Outrig, we require that you either maintain private insurance and provide us with confirmation of coverage, or purchase a protection plan through SafeLease. Protection plans start at $15/mo. To learn more about protection plan options, see the brochure. If you'd like to discuss your insurance options or have any concerns, please give us a call.

Our locations are open from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. If needed, we offer 24/7 key drop off for your convenience. 

We perform hitch and towing system installation, appliance and electrical repair, propane systems, water systems, and so much more. Our team has seen it all: if you're in need of a service that you don't see on our site, please give us a call. 

Yes! We service all makes, models, and years of RV. Our certified technicians are trained to handle a wide variety of RV types, food trucks, horse trailers, and more. If you have any concerns about your specific rig, please don't hesitate to reach out.
